LEO to lock up learner driver car owners .IF you allow a learner driver use your car unaccompanied then you can be fined or jailed   ....https://www.rte.ie/news/politics/2017/1108/918418-young-drivers/ (https://www.rte.ie/news/politics/2017/1108/918418-young-drivers/)   This is clever by LEO by adding this amendment to the road traffic drink driving legislation he is hoping that the opposition will not vote for Rosses bill  and it fails and keep the FG tds  happy .
