Pity i never paid it now i cant look forward to the refund ...bollox knew i should of paid it .

Polish lad in the bookies paid it then he applied for the free ton mow he gets to keep the ton and will get his money back as well

For the moment, If ya want to sell your house you will need an Irish Water Discharge Cert saying its all paid.
