Makes sense. Tractors do most of their work off road and tend to move quite slow when on public roads.

It is relevant when one is dealing with a semi-literate cohort, Rats. Lest we forget, 70% of all taxi documentation is read by the feminine half of the relationship, and within these parameters, a further 70% of all in receipt of farm subsidies are regarded as being semi-literate. I mention numbers.... of which I know you have greater knowledge.
