There doesn't seem to be any way to report members who don't post publicly but still send email/PMs to members ::fds
The person doing it currently is well-meaning but it could open the door for spammers/bad actors to annoy members etc.
It kinda defeats the purpose of having a public discussion website and then allowing new members to send PM's looking for advice!
Edit:
1. Just noticed the 'report to admin' button in PM's. Sorry.
2. No way to block individuals from sending PM's. Could be handy once people start getting into personal feuds?

Trolls ! They are all Fookin idiots.
Back in me book writing years where ever troll under the sun was after me,
I used to have half a dozen of em fer me breakfast, then trounce another
dozen or so in the afternoon before going to work.
It's so easy to beat them, they are anonymous trolls, if you post un-anonymously
then you will always have the Upper Hand over them. The Cowardly kounts will not
ever show themselves.

Can someone emlighten me as to what words or phrases are unacceptable? Some of the lingo here is very "risqué" and moderately offensive(not to gurriers like me, I might add). I went to reply to a John M post earlier and despite not having used one expletive or taboo word, it was rejected. Baffling is what comes to mind. And as for P.M's...get a fuckin' life yez behind-a-wheel- bound-saddos.

It is possible to block messages from any member(s) as follows:
Click My Messages
Click Preferences -> Manage Rules
Click Add New Rule
Set Rule as follows:
Name - Can be anything e.g. Ignore Member
Criteria - select Sender Name from drop down list and enter user name
Actions - select Delete Message from drop down list.

There's no automatic moderation of posts activated within the Forum Software. Manual moderation is light touch. If a post is deemed to be racist it will be modified/deleted. Whether or not a post is offensive is a question that is generally only considered and potentially actioned if it is reported as such. Reports may be submitted through the forum reporting facility or by email to info@intaxi.org.
Error 406 "Not Acceptable" is a domain level control imposed by our ISP. Should you encounter this it can generally be resolved, just PM the entire post to Admin or email to info@intaxi.org.

I wonder if there is a timer on posting. It's happened to me a few times that I might have typed a reply but then stepped away from the computer for a few mins. Came back after 5 mins and nothing happened when I press 'Post'?

Not important Watty. Just hate to think that this place would go all Facebooky where replies and messages would be vetted before the sender is sent to Facebook Prison.

The 406 (not acceptable) is a different issue as per other thread. The ISP uses something called modsec to police content on shared servers. It seems to be aimed at preventing such setups from running gambling or pharmaceutical operations for whatever reason.

The Three words that I have come across to bring up the "406 Not Acceptable" reply so far are;
"B l o w j o b", "C a s i n o" and "V i a g r a".
