Not a Garda in sight to give the driver a ticket...one rule for Luas...

Rules of the Road might not apply to Luas Im sure they dont apply to Dart Drivers when they cross Roads .Do you actually need a driving licence to drive a LUAS and if so what category ?

They need to look at banning cars from routes deemed to be essential to mass public transport.
