They say Abortion should be alloweed in the case of incest or rape .If you saw a girl who was raped walking down the road with her child would you then kill the child or does it only have no right before its born .

- you should have to apply for a licence to have a child, criminal record and means to support child evaluated
- all males born should undergo a simple reversible vasectomy, until grant of their licence to have a child. No biggy, 80%+ of all males in the USA are circumcised
- abortion should be allowed only if mother and father are aborted too
- everyone born in the country or entering the country has to have a DNA sample taken, simple swab of the mouth. Trace perpetrators of sex attack easily
- perpetrator of rape should be forced to drive a taxi
- similarly child born with abnormalities or through rape/incest should be given jobs as taxi drivers
- false rape allegations to be punished by 20 years hard taxi driving
