There's one of them build to rent things going in to Cabra on the old Irish rail land and another in Milltown.Unless Google buy everything that's the way it's gonna be from now on.

You saw the build for rent that was advertised a few weeks ago 1300 for a studio and 3 months up front .

Saw that!  1,300 for a 1 bed in Finglas & 1,800 for a 2 bed!  Parking extra.  Fukking madness.
