THEY LOCKED UP A DOCTOR FOR TAX OFFENCES but if they need your vote its only a small fine .

What could Lowry possibly reveal about Goodman, Haughey, Ben Dunne, Noonan etc etc? He wouldn't talk about insider info if he got sent down, would he?
