Instead of enjoying the autumn of their lives, a lot of pensionable taxi drivers prefer to clog the ranks, and increase their chances of dying at the wheel.
Pondering this conundrum I asked my Wife where the beat location would be for a retirement home.
These were her suggestions:
OLD GOATS-TOWN.
STILL-ORGAN.
My favourite:

Came home from the game Sun/Mon early hrs....was drunk but not too drunk.........had wi-fi on and saw nobody posting usual "lost laptop" etc etc....just reading and browsing. Have to say whether yis like it or I dont give too much credit to any of the amateur phyco analysis that appears on here from time to time.Or the professional stuff either.How can ya try to put someone in a particular pigeon hole when ya dont know their full story.All ya know is one small bit from they're lives.Like reading one sentence from a book and drawing a conclusion and saying its shite or amazing..Even the professionals are releasing new theories all the time.They know fuckal about the brain.Dunno how yis do it.I'd say yis would give Uri Geller a bit of competition in the spoon bending world..spoon bending that's nice to say.

The stories were good to be fair, they weren't as good as 'Breaking Bad'
but they were a whole lot better than 'Prison Break'.
At least I knew when and where the tale should end.

Actually your right Hal, I do dream up most of it while asleep or half-asleep and then try to remember it and put it in to text or bullet points the next day before it is forgotten.

You need a recorder Ken....if you do wake up in the night and remember your dreams,ye need to record them straight away,chances are ye won remember the next day and writing shit down in the dark doesn't really work.....although..

Fer me and this is only fer me, when I'm 'On a story' I get fixated by it, it takes up nearly all my daytime thoughts and most of my night time thoughts and dreams.
As Gerry noted that a lot of it seemed 'Rushed' and he is correct, a little tad of OCD means that it has to be got the the Finish line ASAP !
That 'Talent/Gift' or 'Obscenity/Hazard' fer writing came on me in about late 2010. It was most likely that it was Gerry or El Tonio's characters that inspired me. I had never written like that before, words and sentences dropped of my fingertips like Dew off green grass, and then just as suddenly as it had appeared, it disappeared !
