Read her feed earlier. Central locking and she had the fare in her hand throughout the journey. One arm in a plaster I think. Maybe all concocted drama

The lady posted a photo of his licence place in her tweet and you can check it out on the NTA's app. 

He's innocent until proven guilty etc etc.  But he has an unusual name (for Ireland) so he coulda been born and bred here or maybe he's from Eastern Europe or Russia or that part of the globe.

Plate owner is a Chef in the Goat grill .Probably  has enough on his plate working for Chas Chase, so rents his heap to Ruslan.
