Looks like the Ruskies are trying to call bollockski to the poisonings by poisoning more ex pats. Theres been a few Ruskies murdered in Britain over the last few years, Alexander Litvinenko being the most high profile. Another mate of his Boris Berezovsky was kilt too. Wouldn't be hard to set up a Russian sleepercell in Britain due to the high number of post soviet immigrants stationed there.
