I've never looked at someone's wage increase and gotten angry. If we were civil servants we'd want rises too. Any of us could have went into the civil service but we didn't even try.I'm sure they pay a lot of tax so the government gets half of it back.Then when they buy a few pints on a Friday night the government gets more of it back.Where's the problem?.

I was nearly crying paying me tax bill this morning with the credit card.I imagine PAYE workers on the 50% band cry more than us..it's a bleeding scam.

How do yous pay?If I'm using the card its because I'm broke.Fukkin gold card too.What a load of bollox.I haven't a washer..
Oh and there's no surcharge for using the credit card anymore for revenue.

I usually get about 2k back from revenue!!

Never pay a taxi with cord.. any shops I think are trying to gouge me I will pay by cord.

Most businesses add a little extra to the price to cover card payments.Everthing is deffo getting more expensive out there.
I only use the cards where it's more convenient to do so.I think I've paid interest on a credit card once in 15 years and that was by accident.

Not talking about charges on the cord.. Only pay by cord so they'll have to declare the sale.. its usually small businesses that won't declare.

I dunno where it's all gonna end.It's only September and I've already gone over my allocated amount of app work for this tax year.The amount of folks wanting to pay by card is unreal.It's getting harder to pretend you've no credit card machine during the day shift.

This increase only applies to those hired post 2011, I believe? What's the issue here....? Dizzee Pascal promised them this 3 yrs ago as long as they stayed within the remit of their respective agreements.
