What are the chances its abandoned .The foundations are built for lets say 32 storey appartment blocks close to a Luas station .Sell off the site or enter a partnership with a developer and use the profits to part finance the hospital on a different site ?

Waste of Taxpayers money..........perfectly fit for purpose kips on Cooley Rd and Temple St..........Never heard one culchy complaining about them until Leo put a Journo in as Health Minister. The abortion clinic in James' can still go ahead though.
