Hi Stephen,
We’re excited to announce that we are partnering with Fáilte Ireland to launch the Fáilte Ireland Accredited Service Excellence Programme!
This programme consists of a free to use online training platform designed to help you become an expert on Dublin City and share all your tips, favourite tourist spots and your local area knowledge with all your passengers.
Did you know the Guinness Storehouse is Ireland’s number one tourist attraction, with over 1.7 million visitors passing through its doors in 2018? These are the kind of interesting insider facts you’ll be learning when you take this course!
The first 250 drivers to pass the programme will be invited to a graduation ceremony in St Patrick’s Cathedral and receive a free goody bag packed full of Fáilte Ireland goodies, including a Fáilte Ireland pin, notebook, cardholder as well as one free admission to 30 of Dublin’s top visitor attractions!

Passengers will be able to opt for a Fáilte Ireland accredited driver in the app when hailing a taxi in the city, meaning you'll be in demand!
One free admission for you and a friend to 30 of Dublin’s top visitor attractions with a value of more than €750 e.g. Guinness Storehouse, Trinity College Dublin, EPIC - full list here.
You’ll be awarded a Certificate of Service Excellence and receive a pin to wear so your passengers will know you're a local expert!

I hope when the time comes all 250 drivers will be available on Sat night/Sun morning cos they'll be in demand alright...but they might wanna include fast food joints,hooker hangouts....and maybe know a drug dealer!!
