India says it has decided to stop the water share from three rivers flowing into Pakistan. This is the latest development of a heated row between the two nuclear rivals over a recent deadly attack on Indian paramilitary forces. Islamabad has slammed the decision, saying it is in violation of a water treaty signed between the two sides. Javed Rana reports from Islamabad.
