Yer man didn't seem to be bothered about diseases or anything.Thats the first thing I'd be worried about.

I'm sure he wasn't concerned about passing his diseases on to the poor lady who obviously was only trying to make a pass at him

In the interests of fairness and balance, at least the poor woman wasn't faced with the threat of a lynch-mob organised by taximen...they reserve that for their own gender only, it seems. Some men have strange concepts of what is deemed acceptable behaviour....he's a fool if he doesn't take a civil suit.

that would be my first thought as well about catching something off her. I'd say most male drivers wouldn't even report such an incident though. I would so fair play to him. I've had female passengers rubbing my leg, neck, arms etc I just tell them to stop. if it was a male passenger doing likewise to a female driver it would be a very different story.
