who knows if its a good idea or not but I am choosing to just read the good news regarding the virus, there was a thread on the virus that i was looking at a bit too much for a couple of days, I haven't looked at it in a week and I wont be ever looking at it again. I feel so much better, when they talk about it in the radio i turn the channel or turn it off.

I know im sticking my head in the sand about it but I honestly feel way better and it is working for me.

Mental health is important you can get bogged down in the detail .I posted here earlier and the usual fucktards were waffeling .Dont bother paying your credit card or car loan get in touch with them they will understand .If you are offered 3 months Mortgage break take it .Dont mind all the bolloxology about future payments deal with them in the Future .Get in enough grub to do you for a few weeks .Talk to people by phone or internet .Get out and about walk the dog or just get out for some head space .When the kill rate goes up and it will remember most news you read now in the past and in the future will be bad news .Dont know if people ever realised why there is such a large amount of the Newspaper given over to Sports .The reason is thats where the good news is reported the Winners and even the glorious losers .MIND YOUR HEAD stress and worry will reduce your immunity .If your at home knock off the telly and break out your CD collection .

I was never really one for news anyway, its 99% bad news, not just now but since as long as I can remember. there was some guy on the radio before christmas who said he hadnt watched or listened to the news in years and he said his happiness levels are far higher than when he did watch or listen to it.

im not stressed out at all really, its not really in my nature and I always think things will work out because that has always been my experience in life, if you think positive the results are nearly always positive.

I am listening to a lot more music the last week.

even if i have to stay at home for a few weeks, i have a serious amount of work i can be doing, also i live in the countryside so i can get out for walks, hikes etc if i want to. I also have about 3 or 4 years of books to read.

yeah Hal I have never passed any heed on whatsapp messages to be honest, especially these new ones. its like a lot of stories you hear off customers 90% bull :D
