I know that the law says a push bike an pedestrians automatically claim off yur insurance in a collision cause ther a natural entity or sumtin........seen as these tings are
Propelled vehicles.....wats the situation legally in a collision.....I would assume they wud have to pay up if they crashed into you an damaged yur vehicle?
