Eamo changing the law
« on: October 06, 2022, 02:40:18 pm »
Eamo has decided to deal with Scroats driving Quads and scramblers on waste land .He is changing the Road traffic act to include dangerous driving in a Private place .Will farmers now get done if they let the kids drive a Quad on the farm ? Christmas morning the Isle of Man TT races happen all over the country behind two lads on the Neilstown Road doing a wheelie the whole length of the road including roundabouts .Impressive but dangerous .

Ah Im glad you raised that Point Sir .He intends to also change the Law to allow Gards who suspect that an Offending Vehicle is being stored enter the premises and secure said offending contraptions .Seems at present they can only sieze the bike if its on the road in a Public Place covered by the Road traffic act .

The Guards in Finglas certainly don't mind the young folk doing wheelies up the middle of the road on their motorcycles.  Stops them dealing drugs, I suppose  C:-)
