The Greens have managed to increase emissions,cars stuck on congested roads and streets all over the city,they've created bottlenecks where they've never existed,cars not performing and burning fuel like they're constructed to do....they don't seem to understand that people still need to use their cars cos public transport just isn't working for those who don't live in Dublin City and suburbs.
