Surely it's all a load of Bollocks !

The Art world/Auctioneers must be creaming Millions in fees from these Oil or Stock exchange billionaires buying these ridiculous paintings.
Personally if'n I saw that thing in a Flea market, then I would not part with a Fiver fer it !
