Different issue, Dalyer, but I agree about the "right thing" becoming harder to do. The NTA was set up just as the HSE was, Dalyer.........to deflect blame from ministers and to ensure the "accountability" everyone demands never actually materialises. Last count there were 14 such Quangos in the Dept of Education..........fuck knows how many in Justice and Law Reform etc. Read "1984" and, or, "Animal Farm" by George Orwell........very informative.
