I wonder what the annual rate is for official/black taxis?

I suppose the rate would be of most significance and how it compares to competitors in the mini cab arena. One complaint from every black cab driver would get close to 28,000.

Uber minicabs have very basic tests to pass compared to the black cabs in London.If you spent a few years doing the knowledge you'd be a bit more enthusiastic about doing your job properly.Only a bit though.
