Johnny is a decent man .Prefer to see him buying the plot than some Chinease or Arab fund .Why wouldnt you employ the man that knew the business to run it would you prefer some Civil Servant with a Leaving cert and an B + in Irish to run it .
Only problem is heel build on it an then sell it to the Chinese or arab or most likely one ov Goldman Sachs many tax exempt subsidiaries
