There was no money for Housing the homeless

HSE said the cost of supplying personal protective equipment for the Irish healthcare system would be €1 billion per year. However, he said the cost of not investing in testing, tracing and PPE could be much higher.

I bet somebody is going to get millions to dispose of it .
I saw a clip on RTE where Irish students were modifying the PPE to being it up to standard.
