I uploaded it then removed it .You must down load the Tracker app first .With the Government committing Genoside to please the publicans your chances of being a close contact must be high if it pings you must self isolate .But if the same dizzezzed pox sits beside you in a Pub or beergarden thats grand the pub wont be forced to close down their business but you will .

Think a close contact is defined as 15 mins.  So just drink half pints and you'll be grand

Agree it's a bit stupid.  Bit of a nuisance but if you open the cert on a computer and then let the covid tracker app on your phone take a photo, it zooms in, scans the QR code and voila, the data is on your phone.

Apparently, lots of people in the UK deleted their app for precisely this reason.  Still, half a million recommended to stay at home (in the UK) last I heard!

Before the Government agreed to the Genoside to help publicans make money the rate in Ireland was about 250 .on Monday 26th or Beer with a Roof and a burger day we could be up around 3000 cases .I wonder is there the leadership to pull the plug on opening until more people are needled .Another Question they couldnt answer today when I rang .If somebody has lived in Ireland since birth but has a British Passport or other non Irish Passport and holds an Irish vax cert can they travel freely in Europe or does the cert only apply to EU citizens .I also asked if a Brazilian with a Student Visa and a vax cert could go on holiday in Europe or do they need to be EU citizens .
