Looks like the powers-that-be think this virus still has some life left in it.  No hanging around in a large field for the young folk in late Sept!

Council refuses to grant licence for Electric Picnic (RTE)

Laois County Council has refused to grant a licence to hold the Electric Picnic music festival this year.  The event had been due to take place from 24 to 26 September at Stradbally Hall Estate.  In a statement, the local authority said the decision was made "following the most up-to-date public health advice made available to the council from the Health Service Executive."

Watch tomorrows Newspaper .Lockdown is over Wait till we see the guestlist from the Dikes Party .FF TD from Kilkenny or Longford going to call out Mick From Cork .
