Unless you're one of the ones that "rank" where they like, outside McDonald's, pubs etc. One positive from them poles on Camden Street is it put a stop to these chancers blocking the whole road up. Its still bad on the weekends just because of the sheer volume of traffic not because of these weasels who think they can "rank" where they like. Fine the lot of them and penalty point them to the hilt, like they deserve.
