The requirement for your NDLS driving history is a bit sneaky.  It's something like #9 on the list of things you need to bring.  But it just says something like 'any additional info requested' instead of the driving history printout.  I'd say 90% of drivers who renewed the past year fell foul of this hidden requirement.  The Guards in the Santry CO have a little printout they give you with how to get your driving history so they must have gotten fed up explaining themselves to drivers?

I provided NDLS on last renewal but no need for passport. Must be recently added.

On the 1st renewal notice it says "any other info", but on the receipt of payment notice, which is very similar to the 1st renewl notice it is more specific, and says "such as passport, and NDLS deiving history".
