Suitability test

Anyone know the full criteria regarding tinted windows for the suitability test I know the up and down back windows have to be clear but what about the small pieces of glass adjacent to them the car I’m on about is the new Niro ev

The small glass near the rear quarter is ok tinted,as long as the up n down rear passenger windows are clear.

Thank you I am a bit worried about it as the the whole lot of the glass is on the door frame and not on the back panel
