A new electric pedal-assisted bicycle taxi service says it is to start operating in Dublin this Thursday using an articulated cargo bicycle that will carry two passengers.

Kerb, the company which will run the bikes in partnership with taxi and mobility app Freenow, said: “Pricing is tiered based on the time of the day as well as demand/supply. There is no maximum price, although there is a minimum charge of €4. The cost of a 2km trip will range from €6 to €13 with the higher pricing during unsociable hours.”

Is anyone tryin to tell me that them pedals are even partially able to to propel 6x wheels and 3 apes and the half ton electric  batteries the chassis an the vehicle itself ?
Obviously the pedals are ther as a legality to class it as a bicycle.....but them pedals are bout as usefull as tits on a bull ....
That is a fully electric motor vehicle

Those "Ban Rickshaw's"  stickers go back to when the carpet and rug supply vermin were all over the place a couple of years back,might be time for another sticker run minus the apostrophe...
