I think we all know Free Now's fares are too expensive. In fact, that's why I don't use them as a rider. Obviously, we'd all prefer if they could reduce fares without reducing driver wages but I guess that's never going to be on the cards.

Despite significant surcharges for EVs on that platform, SB has suggested that's what his clients are demanding. I'm not sure how much of the surcharge goes to the drivers but the fact that clients are prepared to pay it might, at least, give Free Now scope to exclude EV drivers from taking the hit on proposed discounts to the rates it pays drivers?
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.
