Only 4 liters of Smirnoff Hal apparently it's less fattening than Bulmers.. the buffet in the hotel now means I can no longer see my feet for the first time in years.Going out to by a new ab roller..the last one got binned by the wife because I was using it to hang my clothes on.

Assuming you've been hanging your clothes on the floor since, she won't be so quick to discard the new clothes horse.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

I'm getting better. The ab roller used to be hung on the back of a door so I was actually creating storage space. She didn't see the advantages.

It's that time of year again when we're all advised to get the flu jab.  Apparently there's a nasty version coming from Australia.

I never bothered in the past but this year, I'm thinking I might..

Will ya? Won't ya?  Or will you rely on a half bottle of whiskey after each shift to kill all the germs  :2cheers

I prefer to stick with nature rather than science Watty, some alcohol (or cannabis if your in to it)
to relax you after a shift and help you sleep will also kill most of the bugs going around.

It's all scaremongering, the flu jab is next to useless due to the rate of mutation of the virus. The flu jab is based on last years virus meaning it is totally different to this years mutated version, if anything it will make you feel worse and lower your immune system. Stay away!

You're much better off taking a Vitamin D3 supplement at 4000 iu per day and high strength vitamin C, as well as Magnesium and zinc. That's what I've done and I haven't had a bad flu in years.

The flu jab is nothing more than a placebo, it stops people running to the doctor every time they have a sniffle.
