While Brexit is all over the telly and all the ministers are on overseas trips Alan Kelly just dropped a bomb .The PWC investigation into the over rum in costs is not a government investigation it is being paid for by the HSE .Does this mean that TDs cannot question it as the HSE is a semi state agency and has data protection coverage ,More of our money spent on dishonest practices .What a fucking country .
