Bin charges

I see S/F have proposed a motion to DCC to return bin collections to the rimit of the council.they expect it to pass.if that is the case,will this do away with bin charges ?

If they pass it then the Corpo will need to pay about half a billion in compo to the companies who hold the contracts .Since SF stopped murdering Prods they stand for fuck all this is typical waster bolloxology from the shinners .Why are they not proposing the council build homes for people to put their bins outside .

its only prick pulling it would be non binding and the city manager would laugh his bollox off at them.Shinners are been shown up as totally useless wasters they are traitors ,they could stop Brexit in the morning if they took their seats in Westminster but they wont take the seats but take the money .The shine has worn off their brand of shit .Just like the Greens when people realise what tax increases they will want to bring in .
