Here I seen an 04 taxi this morning.I thought its supposed to be off the road when its 15 years old or am I wrong ?

My 04 went to the knacker yard in Jan. So even an extra six months should mean it's off the road by now I think. Probably a bogey

Daly that car should be off the road next month.I'd say yer man is jumping through all the hoops to change vehicles.It's a Toyota so nothing unusual.You won't see many other car brands lasting that long...

Although it depends on the exact date it was first registered.So technically it could have been first registered later in 2004.Anyway nothing illegal.Just using the rules to his advantage.

We've a man in charge, or allegedly in charge, of our finances who has blown every cent of "our" National Reserve Pension Fund. Bailey is the focus of attention now they're all on holliers.....Noonan was a master at this sort of deflection. Reminds me of the fellas out causing mayhem when they decided there was a pusher living amongst them..........just worried there'd be any attention on themselves.......scapegoats and fall-guys.
