The reason there are so many taxis is called FEBRUARY.
its funny that every February the same crap been talked about to many taxies and recession. FEBRUARY is always shite.. Much worse than January

Agreed billy, it never really picks up or goes back to "normal" till march, all the goldfish have to do is look back on their records of previous years to figure that out.

Glad to see you are all starting to agree with me that THE R ARE TO MANY FUKIN TAXIS.

I don't think many are in agreement, DM. It's not that long since drivers' unions reported over 20,000 drivers leaving the trade to pursue better (paid) vocations. In fact, NPHTA enforcer, Jim Waldron, called for lower entry costs. Interestingly, the unions are supported in their view by the biggest dispatch firm in the State, Free Now, which invests heavily in recruiting drivers from all over the (third) world and is supported in that endeavour by thousands of drivers who advertise the firm FOC.

I made a living,based on about 27/28 hours a week without a dispatcher.those hours will now be drastically cut due to my medial condition,so I have to assess if it will be worthwile staying in the game,particularly that I wont align
