Joe, I know a driver who got a letter from the welfare sayin' they were cuttin' off his pandemic payment because he was spotted out workin'. If you unlink yourself from your car from  do you have to send the discs back or is that only if you lower your insurance to private use?

I'm not working but want to keep the option open to go back and don't want to have no discs if I decide to do that.
