You could just wait another month or two and all these threads will be pointless. The virus won't be gone but it will be greatly reduced in the community.

As soon as they open up the pubs people will go back to normal not giving a bollix. So what if a few pensioners die five years earlier than expected.

IU was in Lidl today. I'd say less than 5% of punters wearing masks despite Dr. Leo's suggestions.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

There are a good few more mask wearers in my local Tesco. If they want people to wear masks they need to provide them for free or it will be ignored.Chemists are charging €2 for the disposable ones that are meant to be changed every few hours.I can't see anyone spending €6 day when they don't believe it's necessary.

I think Dr. Leo and Dr. Tony said we should wear them in shops and on public transport. I'm never on public transport and with Mrs. Catcher supposedly working from home I don't even go shopping a whole lot. I think it's about three weeks since I last went into a shop of any kind.

Or more likely there'll be a second wave and we'll all have to work away in our so called death traps, there'll be no return to lockdown according to WHO and Irish Government

Second Wave is about tracking and control a specially in the big cities. WHO is accused for crime against humanity.Donald Trump terminates US relationship with World Health Organisation already. Well Irish Government

3.If COVID-19 Exposure notification is on the top of list, then tap on three dots on the top right hand corner of your screen
4.Tap Usage and Diagnostics

Indeed. We don't want to make contact tracing easy. If Govt/HSE want traceability they should tell people not to hire taxis without using a licensed dispatch firm.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

I understand, but what if they're driving their cab at the time?

Another gobshite saying that getting into a Taxi is dangerous.
You'll notice other businessmen pleading with their customers to come back into their premises, pleading with government to allow them to open, begging for the social distance rule to be reduced to 1 meter to allow more customers in
Gobshite Taxi drivers exclaiming that their business is dangerous ....
Give me strength

Apologies, I wasn't aware you were a knowledgeable professional virologist.

You don't hear any other businessmen saying their premises are cesspits of viral toxicity, only muppet taxi drivers, we should be promoting our business as the safest transport option, regardless of whether it is or not, leave it to others to knock us.

"regardless of whether it is or not"
and I'm the gobshite!!!

yes, you're also a bit slow, you point out the positives and let others point out any negatives, it's basic stuff, think about advertisements for chocolate ... they rarely tell you this shit makes you fat and gives you diabetes, it's the same for us, we are supposed to compliment the service we offer not criticise it.
Hard to believe this shit needs explaining, you'd think it'd be obvious to people.

Justintime taxis ... Don't use us ... you might die!

Making a taxi as safe as possible for both the driver and passenger, is "positive".
