The world population increased from 1 billion in 1800 to 7.7 billion today.

We have nearly 8 billion people on earth and we cant build a few houses .When there was only one billion they built the Pyramids .Great Cathedrals a big wall in China and Scotland .No cement mixers just a bloke with a shovel and a lump hammer .Progress ?

Building them is not the problem, affording them is. Everyone in the western building foodchain has increased the price of their input/take from said building.

The first Census in 1801 revealed that the population of Great Britain was 10.5 million. Ireland had in 1800 between 4.5 and 5.5 million inhabitants. The 1841 UK Census counted for England and Wales 15.9 million, for Ireland 8.2 million.

When you look at the Population of GB and see all the great buildings they have and then count how many men were off killing and murdering for the Empire .They must of been some grafters .

That's another British lie Johnny that Ther was 8 million peasants in ireland..... They exacerbated the numbers in order to justify letting them die in the famine or load them off to Australia.... Most of the land in ireland was owned by large estate inglish gentry an the irish wer pushed up the mountains an bogs of Ireland..... Yu can still see the potatoes furrows to those day but they tell yu the peasants were so many that they lived everywhere but yu wudnt find any in the rich fields of wicklow or tipperary or Welford cause they wer fuked out of it..... The population in ireland now is bout 7.5 million..... Hal them are immigrant an the other 60% percentage are Irish....
