Is that Joe used to do the meters from beumount I think?
I hope not.....lovely bloke .....put a meter in for free once for me wen me old one packed in  and wudnt take a penny off me .......I'm not sure I recognise the photo but I remember him with glasses.....wat a lovely bloke he was ..he certainly helped me above and beyond the call of duty  more than once and I'll  never forgot that .....this is not nice news atall atall atall  ........

I never knew anyone that worked with them, but a good outfit by all accounts.

Mark Callaghan
Mark Callaghan (Hazelwood Court, Hartstown, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 and formerly of Dunsink Green, Finglas and late of VIP Taxis, November 11h. 2021 (suddenly) at home. Mark, beloved husband of Liz and dear father of Gareth and Adam and father in-law of Gintare. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter-in-law, sister Mary, brother Derek, In-laws, relatives and friends.

 

A Civil Funeral Service will be held in Glasnevin Crematorium on Monday afternoon (15th. November) at 2.00pm. You may also view the Service by clicking on the link below:

Tributes have flowed in following the death of “great Crumlin man” Paddy O’Keefe.

Paddy passed away “peacefully” on Friday surrounded by his family in Our Lady’s Hospice in Harold's Cross.


He worked as a taxi driver and some locals shared fond memories of him.

One wrote online: “Deepest sympathy to all the family he was a lovely man . Many chats during my taxi journeys with him . May he RIP”

Another said: "Very sorry to hear the sad news. Always enjoyed a pint and a chat with Paddy. RIP.”

A third wrote: “Paddy was a lovely man always enjoyed a yap with him. God bless Paddy”
