Personally I cannot see the pubs not reopening next Monday and realistically bar the Covid numbers going berserk or the vaccine not working I can't see them ever closing again. To add, the gov can't afford to reinstate the PUP that a lot of bar and restaurant workers will be signing off next week, if they close the pubs again then the PUP will have to be reinstated again.

I think the danger is unvaxxed waiting staff .If one of them gets the fever then all other workers will be close contacts the pub will close .Then people who drank there will or might have to self isolate as they were close contacts .Now if you lose wages because you came into contact with a non vaccinated worker being used by an Employer can you look for compo .The Wigs and No Foal no Fee Solicitors will be all over this .The Pubs might decide its not worth the risk after a few initial cases .None of this is clear cut at the moment .No official statement from Mick from Cork Leo the Teaitor or Eamo the Cabbage that Pubs WILL reopen on Monday just that the Cabinet have agreed that pubs will reopen .Im sure Publicans are asking questions about Corporate responsibility and the Insurance Companies will be looking to get the money they lost on Pub Policies back and paid in Spades .This thing isint over until the Fat Publican calls time .

Only if you are over 18 under 18 you need to be accompanied by a vaxxed adult .So you have a young looking kid over 18 you tell Parick the Doorman the kid is 16 he lets him in and he infects somebody at the next table .Who is responsible the Kid for lying about his age the Accompanying adult ,the Doorman .If there is a Law these things must be written down in ink .They are the Law what the Dail passed is the Legislation to allow the Law to be written .

Wait till you see the increase in Electricity in the next year or two when we have to pay VAT on the Power we import from the UK .We are building Data Centers all over the Country .The new one in Clare uses more Electricity than Swords ,we done a deal to supply multi billion dollar companies cheap power so domestic players will subsidise it .How the Fuck can Eamo the Cabbage agree to these Power hungry Centers when we cannot meet our domestic requirements of renewable energy add to that these buildings will be prime targets in any Cyber or Traditional war .Its a bit like putting a Kick Me sticker on our own arses .

Gardaí have identified “security concerns” at the new Dublin home Tánaiste Leo Varadkar is moving into with his partner Matthew Barrett, following a security assessment of the property.

Mr Varadkar receives a high level of Garda protection at present following a slew of threats. As part of this protection, specialist gardaí recently carried out a “security assessment” of the new home which his partner Mr Barrett, a cardiologist, has purchased.
