FUCKING DREADFULL .Do we need a Celebrity manager like Harry Rednapp or Big Sam to go hunt down a few players with Irish Names .Our Superstar striker had three touches last nigh .More empty Aviva Nights .I wonder does Aiden O Brien know anything about football .

Would we be better off confining the ROI squad to LOI Irish players ?

Are qualified English/Irish (not really Irish) players just getting caps to add to their CV ?

Sam and Harry are 76 and 68, maybe just a tad over the hill ?
Big Jack was just 51 when he took the role on in 1986.

Irish Football agents are fucking retards .There are plenty of leagues in Europe trillions of times better than the LOI but Agents only want to get their players UK contracts .Not to Many Irish Schoolboy players signing for German.Dutch or Italian Sides .We probably never had a player good enough to play scholboy Soccer in Spain .So much for EEC and European intergration .We need a Celebrity manager .Should of got Chris Heuton but I suppose he was Black and didnt fit the role .What about somebody like Steven Gerrard he knows modern player might get a few Brits with Irish Passports to play for us .Most of our best players never spoke with Culshy or Jackeen accents .

Seemingly as me small fella told me ??, that England can no longer take any player under 18 in to contract from an EU country but any other EU country can sign an under 18 player from anywhere ??

There is a big change comming in Irish Football .Big money buying Irish Clubs .The likes of Shels or Rovers will have full time Youth accademies .Easy enough to qualify for Europe and they will be like Southampton selling on Players .Team like Rovers who can have European Football every year are ideally placed like Porto in Portugal to import top talent from far far away to shop window them .Might become harder fot Irish Players to even get LOI contracts .

There is no easy answer now aswe fall down the rungs of the tree. I think poor Managers can get success with good players-but good Managers wont get the much with poor players……and we have both!!fds

O Neill and Roy should of rebuilt capped a load of kids and promised them the future .Grealish and Rice would of attracted others .FAI needed to try qualify to get cash they dont give a fuck about long term planning .With Rugby and GAA doing well FAI could be in big financial trouble again again again .An Aviva Stadium with a Dalymount Crowd .Imagine a team where James Mc Claine can get 100 caps .Bookies betting 6/1 our superstar striker scores a hat trick against Malta .

Bournemouth just sacked their Manager Garry O Neill ..Rumour doing the rounds that a Premier manager has been questioned about a rape years ago ...any connection .Not a great look from the Club to let him go now .
