From what I can ascertain four Lysaghts hold or held SPSVs, all for county Clare. Three are lapsed and the other is unassigned. Possibly a family business that's no longer trading or no longer operating a SPSV. In rural ares mini buses (LPSV licences) are sometimes referred to as taxis and may comprise (part of) a "taxi" firm's fleet. Many possibilities!
