I was up above in Dublin for a pint with some colleagues/competitors last night and one of them told me he brought an Afghan gentleman to the test centre last week. The Afghan told him it was his second visit to Ireland since his son married a Laois girl and he completed all of his Dublin taxi training at home in Afghanistan with Free Now who have offered him a bonus for passing the test which will cover most of his travel expenses.
