This increase only applies to those hired post 2011, I believe? What's the issue here....? Dizzee Pascal promised them this 3 yrs ago as long as they stayed within the remit of their respective agreements.

Arlington has some good bands on sometimes..the picture is done very well and makes him look like a hero.I'd stick up the selfie I took beside it if I can edit my mug out of it.
