That threw a Spaniard in the works, (nods to John Lennon)
"Many a road taken by many a first friend
And each one I've never seen again
I wish, I wish, I wish in vain
That we could sit simply in that room again
Ten thousand dollars at the drop of a hat
I'd give it all gladly if our lives could be like that" BD's Dream

FOR ANYBODY THAT READ MY AFRICAN POST AND HOW EUROPE =BRITAIN WERE RACIST BLAMING SOUTH AFRICA FOR DISCOVERING AND ALERTING THE WORLD ...New findings about the coronavirus' Omicron variant made it clear that the emerging threat slipped into countries before their defences were up.

Two distant nations announced their first cases and a third reported its presence before South African officials sounded the alarm.

So science like Schoolboys says Whoever smelt it dropped it (The Fart Principle )

The WHO guy on RTE news last night couldn't get the new virus name correct, kept calling in "Omnicron".
It's O'Macron actually! 8)

The hype on RTE is even worser

Headline news ONE case detected .I wonder if they brought back Rhyarc and we could get Father Ultan Cassidy to lead us all in a decade of the rosary and bring back the St Bridgets Cross as the RTE logo would that help the virus to dieoff .

Got the Booster on Monday knocked the bollox out of me went back to bed this morning .

Were you able to get the booster vaccine because of your age or condition?

Nice one.
My Doc sits in both Ballyfermot and Beaumont, I might hedge my bets.

Beginning to look like the Omonous version of the Dreaded Lurgy is not to harmfull .Spreads faster but does less damage If you get this one you might pick up immunity to the other one .Could be the beginning of the end for Covid 19.

Well done, well done.... but RTE won't tell the truth... is it supposed to be just a coincidence that the increase in COVID '19 infection started when Mr. Duffy - we can call him Mr. now that he's on half a million of our euros a year - stopped telling us to wash our hands? RTE don't care, they'll just roll out the smiley happy singing doctor so we'll forget what the question was and get back to discussing sourdough starter and fairy cakes...
