I see the driver (J4830) who allegedly won the EV from Free Now is now driving an EV on a plate (T19190) owned by Mr Fox... the Mr. Fox that owns and rents out many taxis, that is... not to be confused with the Mr. Fox that serves a Free Now's bossman in Ireland.

You will remember I asked how Mohammed or Omar or Faroouk who were renting could enter this draw when you needed to have both the car and plate in the same name .It might be Free Now have a deal with a Plateloard to hold the Vehicle on behalf of the New owner in their Name until the Work as a taxi requirement is fulfilled then the Owner can request the return to his name of his prize .

We can but speculate. Mr Fox obviously consented to some arrangement between himself, Mr Fox and the driver... presumably after the "draw" took place, Ted.
