just reading now that netflix has cancelled 1899.
they won't be making anymore series.
i think you actually get the entire buzz though just from watching the first season.

Sign up for Disney too for a free month.Lots of good shit on it.Picture quality on Prime and Disney is great compared to the bog standard Netflix.Mostly 4k stuff.I only dropped Netflix recently after ten years I wasn't getting any use from it any more.

I have it downloaded but haven't watched it yet.  Reviews seem to say it's pretty good but aimed more at a teenage audience than an adult one?

Vesper (2022)
Quote
After the collapse of Earth's ecosystem, Vesper, a 13-year-old girl struggling to survive with her paralyzed Father, meets a mysterious Woman with a secret that forces Vesper to use her wits, strength and bio-hacking abilities to fight for the possibility of a future.

And the reviews are in!  I enjoyed it but it's more of a Sunday night movie than a Saturday night one.  Enough of a plot to keep you awake for 2 hours but slow enough to put you into 'sleepy head' mode.  The internet has killed my attention span but I watched this (just shy of) 2 hour movie without me picking up my phone or tablet.
