Where am Igoing to go for me wintwr week Holiday .Turkey at war ,Greece full of Refugees .Spanish Civil war pending Brexit Britain is fucked ,France will be overun by ISIS Germany is full of Refugees .Ireland is coing to be bombed by Loyalists .I think the best bet might be to see if there is and Air BnB available in Labre Park and I might go and experience their culture .

Can't shift these final few pounds I've been trying to shed..........one meal a day, or perhaps a handful of rice a week like half the world survives on might sort it.....Brexit will make that happen here.

Lip , Low Fat milk, butter on 1 slice of bread , eat more salads, cut out junk (especially late at nite) and get in 1/2 hour walk a day, you would be amazed at how this helps. I lost 1 stone in about 3 months doing this.
Benefit bars and Yogurt Rice Cakes from Aldi are fab for the snacks in between and cost very little.

Eat very few carbs anyway, STC...don't need them as not grafting on a building site or training with Dublin GAA team...I walk an hour a day at least 6 times a week..6.5 kms a day. Just need to jazz up the diet a small bit....eating too much dried fruit like dates and figs for the bowels.........full of sugar (fructose).

First world problems .If WW3 or 4 starts just like WW1 and WW2 it will be the civilised west that will start it .To many makey up countries like GB /Ireland/Germany /Italy .These countries wrre kingdoms fifedomes fudal loardships not natural countries .You just have to look at London a Spurs supporter hates a Gunner and Chelsea hate everybody If Londoners cant get on how the fuck can a whole country get on .Its all bolloxology power playing by morons in Football jersies or suits .

I've always put on weight wen I had a bit of fluff on tap....
Over the summer I nearly got rode to death by the owlone next door and the luv of me life...strange thing was I put on about a stone in weight I reckon....
I think your hormones does it cause yuv scored and yu dint have to look nice for the females cause yu have one already and the chemicals in the body turn yu into a fat lazy fuk....
Now that the 2 of them aren't talking to me ...( well ridin me as much).....I'm after losing nearly a stone....I think the hormones is makin me lean again an more attractive and able to run after the cnuts quicker to catch them wen we lived in the wild sort of ting....
Ide say if yu done a survey of the blokes on here .....the happily married ones or seriously mottin ones are all like Oliver hardy and the single ones are athletic specimens like meself......

I think ya just have to be happy with your lot.I'm sure if I stopped drinking nearly every night of the week I'd be nice and trim but life would be boring.You can't enjoy your life and stay skinny without exercising.Anytime you see a barfly that's skinny the chances are they never eat and are full-blown 24/7 dipsos.
